Tempering

Tarstones gain experience from slain foes and are tempered at the Tarforge. What each level adds:

  1. Lv.1Melee damage increased up to when Health is at or below
  2. Lv.2Melee damage increased up to when Health is at or below
  3. Lv.3Melee damage increased up to when Health is at or below

Fits

Any melee weapon. This stone carries no weapon lock.

Missable

In an offering chest at the Temple of Vatra. Take it before you pick up the Heart of Vatra: once you leave with the Heart, the gate stays shut for the rest of the save, New Game Plus included.

Slot

Slots into your melee weapons. A Melee stone fits only a melee weapon slot.
